When:  Wednesday, November 4th, 2009, and Thursday, November 5th, 2009, 8:00am-4:00pm (both days).

Where:  Kootenai Medical Center (Please check classroom signage for room).

Cost:  KMC & NIRHC Hospital Employees:  $80.00 (Includes book & ENA indirect fee).           All Others:  $220.00 (Includes book & ENA indirect fee).
