Inpatient therapies are provided by Kootenai Rehabilitation Center in Kootenai Medical Center. Outpatient services are headquartered at the McGrane Center for Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Care on the Kootenai Medical Center campus in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
