Concerns About Care at Kootenai Medical Center                                  Any concern about a patient's care and safety can be addressed by calling Kooteni's Care Line at (208) 666-2273. If the concern remains unresolved, patients may also contact JCAHO - an independent organization that accredits and evaluates hospitals. You can e-mail your concern here, or call (800) 994-6610.
